丝杠重要到什么程度呢?;可以说机器人全身肢体运动;都离不开它;
To what extent is the screw important?; It can be said that robots have full body limb movements; They cannot do without it;
因为电机输出的是旋转动力;而胳膊腿的抬手、迈步都是;直线运动而不是绕圈运动吧;所以怎么才能把电机的旋转运动;转化为直线运动呢?;就需要丝杠;
Because the motor outputs rotational power; And the lifting and stepping of arms and legs are all; Straight line motion instead of circular motion, right; So how can we control the rotational motion of the motor; What about converting it into linear motion?; We need a screw;
下面我用大白话来解释;丝杠就是一个螺母+一根螺杆;当螺杆被电机带动;做旋转运动时;螺母就不断在螺杆上前进;就形成了直线运动;这就是普通的梯形滑动丝杠;而反之当螺母旋转;驱动螺杆做直线运动;就叫反向式丝杠;梯形丝杠的摩擦阻力;会降低传动的精度和效率;于是工程师把梯形螺纹改为;圆弧并放上珠子来减少摩擦;当螺杆旋转时珠子滚动;带动螺母向前运动;这就是滚珠丝杠;

但滚珠丝杠的缺点是每个珠子和螺杆都是点的接触;所以受点力就容易磨损;还需要润滑防尘;那让机器人干点脏活累活;这滚珠丝杠可就扛不住了;于是;工程师又把珠子改为了柱子;一字之差,却是天地之别;那滚柱丝杠又是怎么回事呢;当螺杆做旋转运动时;带动滚柱自转并沿螺杆公转;就像行星自转和公转一样;所以名字叫做行星滚柱丝杠;
